CARBON STEEL PIPE
Carbon steel pipes are divided into hot rolled and cold rolled (drawn) steel pipes. Hot rolled carbon steel pipe is divided into general steel pipe, low and medium pressure boiler steel pipe, high pressure boiler steel pipe, alloy steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, petroleum cracking pipe, geological steel pipe and other steel pipes. The outer diameter of hot-rolled seamless pipe is generally greater than 32mm, and the wall thickness is 2.5-75mm. The outer diameter of cold-rolled seamless pipe can reach 6mm, the wall thickness can reach 0.25mm, and the outer diameter of thin-walled pipe can reach 5mm, and the wall thickness is less than 0.25mm. Cold rolling has higher dimensional accuracy than hot rolling. General carbon steel pipe: it is hot rolled or cold rolled with high-quality carbon bonded steel 16Mn, 5MnV and other low alloy structural steels such as 10, 20, 30, 35 and 45 or 40Cr, 30CrMnSi, 45Mn2, 40MnB and other alloy steels. 10. 20 and other low carbon steel seamless pipes are mainly used for fluid transmission pipelines. Seamless pipes made of medium carbon steel such as 45, 40Cr are used to manufacture mechanical parts, such as stressed parts of automobiles and tractors. (4) Continuous production is possible. In theory, long steel pipes can be produced, with small head and tail loss, and can increase the metal utilization rate by 6% to 8%.
(5) The equipment is light in weight and low initial investment. It can be made into a trailer-type mobile unit to directly produce welded pipes at the construction site where the pipeline is laid.
